Keys to good dental health

Eat a balanced diet and drink at least 2 Litres of water a day

Use dental floss between all your teeth every night

Brush your teeth twice daily for at least 2 minutes, covering all surfaces of your teeth

After brushing, spit but do not rinse out the tooth paste. (Does not apply to children under age 12)

Visit your dentist every six months for a routine check up and clean
