Keys to good dental health

 

  • ​​Eat a balanced diet and drink at least 2 Litres of water a day

  • Use dental floss between all your teeth every night

  • Brush your teeth twice daily for at least 2 minutes, covering all surfaces of your teeth

  • After brushing, spit but do not rinse out the tooth paste. (Does not apply to children under age 12)

  • Visit your dentist every six months for a routine check up and clean

  • If you experience tooth ache contact us as soon as possible
